How to Pre-install and Update Genshin Impact 3.1
[For Mobile (iOS & Android) Users]
Method 1: Go to Paimon Menu -> Settings -> Other -> Pre-Install Resource Package.
Method 2: Tap the "Pre-Install Resource Package" icon at the bottom-left corner of the login screen.
[For PC Users]
PC players must update the Genshin Impact Launcher after the pre-installation is available. After the update, click the "Game Pre-Installation" button at the left of the "Launch" button to download the Genshin Impact 3.0 game resources.
Note: Travelers on mobile platforms will be unable to play the game while pre-installing game resources.
Genshin Impact 3.1 Server Maintenance
The official Genshin Impact website has confirmed scheduled server maintenance lasting for five hours before the new version update comes out. The server downtime will begin at 2022/08/24 06:00 (UTC+8), and players will receive maintenance compensation of Primogems * 300.
