Asphalt 9: Legends Launches My Hero Academia-Themed Crossover Event

In an exciting collaboration with anime heavyweight Crunchyroll, Gameloft has introduced a crossover event based on My Hero Academia in the game Asphalt 9: Legends, which will run till July 17th. The event provides a unique UI experience and gives an opportunity to earn plentiful rewards themed around My Hero Academia, coupled with the bonus of voice lines from the English-dubbed version of the show.
Set in a world where most humans have a unique superpower known as Quirks, My Hero Academia revolves around the life of Izuku Midoriya and his fellow U.A. High School students as they forge friendships and strive for heroism.
The event offers 19 stages with rewards including character emotes and decals. Players also stand a chance to win icons featuring famous My Hero Academia characters such as Deku, Todoroki, Bakugo, and Uraraka, along with unique UI and English dub voiceovers, bringing the popular anime series to life in the game.
To kickstart the event, the first stage rewards you with a free Dark Deku decal and throughout the 22-day event, players can collect animated decals featuring Izuku Midoriya and Katsuki Bakugo as well as static decals featuring Dark Deku, Ochaco Uraraka, Shoto Todoroki, Tsuyu Asui, Himiko Toga, and the My Hero Academia Group. The event also includes eight chibi emotes and two club icons among its rewards.
Asphalt 9: Legends offers players the experience of controlling luxury vehicles from brands like Ferrari, Lamborghini, and Porsche. Acquire and modify cars, perform amazing stunts, and compete across real-world locations.
After the My Hero Academia event concludes on July 17th, Asphalt 9: Legends will undergo a significant transformation, rebranding as Asphalt Legends Unite. This updated version will be available across multiple platforms, including iOS, Android, PC, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series S/X, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5, offering players an expanded and enhanced racing experience.
