Innovation Garage Limited has been conducting various activities since its establishment with the aim of enriching the Bengali language in assistive technology. In continuation of this, on the occasion of the golden jubilee of Bangladesh and the birth centenary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, we have launched "Kathak" app for the first time in Bangladesh with the aim of making mobile usage easier for visually impaired people. The Kathak overcomes a previously insurmountable problem for people with a visual impairment who want to read with word processing. This app has a range of functions that make DOCX, RTF, TXT image, and PDF documents accessible to visually impaired smartphones and mini tablets users Not only this, with the help of this app senior citizens and people suffering from dyslexia will also benefit. The app has some features that will benefit even a non-visually impaired person. The Kathak filters the text out of a document and presents it in a user-friendly interface.
