AET Field Service Mobile allows his Clients to place support ticket anywhere and anytime, based on Client Maintenance Contract signed. Back-end support center will assign the responsible Engineers, who will access their work order from field, spontaneously. They can record the working hours, identify problem, resolution, issue status and get customer signature for each work order.
