The idea to open the first Lebanese project with the delivery of Middle Eastern food arose due to two factors. Firstly, such a concept has not yet existed in the Urals. Secondly, this is very tasty and understandable food, which we want to introduce the residents of Yekaterinburg to. We prepare the ingredients for our dishes daily in our preparation workshop and deliver them to our customers. We are convinced that the most important thing is the taste, which makes you want to come back. Our chef knows how to work with the product and knows how to correctly combine the flavors of Levantine cuisine. We use a variety of spices and ingredients brought from the Middle East.
